Conduct

The challenge consists of a number of activities throughout the day:

Day 1

9:30am to 12:00pm: Theoretical test of 40 questions & Tasting test


12:30: Aperitif on the terrace and informal lunch


1.30 pm: Visit to the Ruinart chalk pits


3.15 pm: Technical conference and discussion with the speakers


4.30 pm: Technical tasting with Frédéric Panaïotis, cellar master of the house


5.15pm: Final and prize-giving ceremony


6.30 pm: Break and departure to the Coq Rouge for a private evening


Day 2

8.30am: Departure by coach for a surprise activity.


11.30am: Return and end of the competition at the Reims Central Station.
